The project will provide approximately 305 apartments in total, and proposes two types of housing: apartments available for purchase, and approximately three floors of affordable accommodation, which will be managed by a professional Community Housing Provider. The affordable housing will comprise approximately 5.1% of the building’s total residential floor space.
