Esperia Court proposes to deliver a mixed-use development comprising residential accommodation and commercial spaces. It will include approximately two floors of commercial use – including brand new ground floor retail spaces, three floors of affordable housing, multiple levels of residential units, and ground floor public realm improvements. The project will comprise approximately 305 apartments in total.
